[Shopee Coins] How do I earn Shopee Coins?
You can earn Shopee Coins when you take these actions on the Shopee App:
1. Complete an order using Coins cashback vouchers
When you apply a Coins cashback voucher, the coins to be earned will be based on the final purchase amount of relevant items in the order after coin redemption, and other discounts.
⚠️Note
Shipping fees will not be counted into your coin rewards.
2. Check in on the Coins Rewards page
You can also check in daily on the Coins Rewards page to earn coins. You will be able to earn additional Coins for consecutive daily check-ins.
3. Play games in Shopee Prizes
4. Rate a product
You can submit a rating of more than 50 characters, with both images and videos to gain up to 7 coins.
⚠️Note
- Editing a rating will not count as an additional rating.
- Ratings given for a product below the value of $0.50 will not be eligible for rewards.
- For ratings given to the same product, coins will only be rewarded for a maximum of 2 times every 30 days.
- Any review that does not adhere to the product review guidelines above will be removed by Shopee, and any Shopee Coins given will be withdrawn.
- Coin rewards will vary depending on review quality and the item reviewed. The final decision is up to Shopee's discretion.
5. Make payment to a ShopeePay merchant offering Coins cashback
You'll see the Coins Cashback earned on your ShopeePay Payment Details page.

Shopee Coins earned will be based on your final payment amount after Coins Redeemed deductions.
6. Join Shopee Live sessions with Coins giveaways
Look out for the Coins label on the Shopee Live page to tell which sellers are giving out Coins during their livestream sessions.
Shopee Coins will be credited to you when a transaction or order has been completed. To check the coins earned from an order that you have yet to receive, you can view the order page by going to the Me tab > Select To Ship/Receive > Select Order > View Shopee Coins to be earned.
There is no minimum amount of Coins you need to accumulate before you can use them to offset the costs of your purchases. However, there are limits on the amount of Coins you can earn and use.
You can earn 1 Shopee Coin for every S$1 spent on transactions that include a cashback promotion.

The amount of Coins you can earn from cashback promotions are determined by their terms and conditions, and are not restricted by these limits.
Every 100 Shopee Coins earned is equivalent to S$1 when you use them to offset your transaction amount. Depending on your transaction type, here are the limits on Shopee Coins usage on your total transaction amount:

*You can use up to 1000 coins every 24 hours only.
For example, if you utilized 1000 Shopee coins on 05-10-2023 at 19:23, the next 1000 coins can only be used after 24 hours, starting from 06-10-2023 at 19:24.
Troubleshooting
If you have not received your Shopee Coins, it may be due to these reasons:
- Payment has failed/is not successful.
- Transaction did not include a cashback promotion.
- Order was incomplete.
- Coins cashback voucher was not successfully applied during checkout.
- Order is under the Tickets & Vouchers category.
- System detected violation of Shopee's regulations.
- Product rating / review does not meet the criteria or is flagged as spam.
